Once you’ve chosen your hot tub and had it installed, the Jacuzzi® Customer Care Team are always available to keep everything running smoothly for you. We believe that gold standard hot tubs should have gold standard aftercare & support.


To keep your Jacuzzi® hot tub running smoothly & perfectly for years to come, there are a few things you need to do… and a few things that Jacuzzi Wordcestershire can help with should the need arise.

  • Cleaning your hot tub is essential in order to keep your hot tub in good condition and to ensure your water quality is maintained. We stock a wide range of products that will help you with every aspect of hot tub cleanliness.
  • Hot tub features such as filtration and water purification systems do most of the work to keep water clean and ready for use. Regular, simple testing indicates your water quality in an instant and lets you know whether you need to add any of our water enhancement products. Water quality can vary dependant on your provider, we’re always on hand to help and advise you.
  • We are always available to answer your questions, be it the first week after installation or several years down the line. You can give us a ring, email us or come back in the showroom, we are always available to solve anything from jet programmes through to PH levels… and beyond.

  • We recommend that your Jacuzzi® hot tub has regular services, to help maintain its performance and to check for any electrical or mechanical issues. You can contact us to perform this for you, ensuring that an approved Jacuzzi® engineer is keeping your hot tub in top condition.
  • To complement the quality of the hot tubs, Jacuzzi® also provide a thorough warranty. Providing cover for up to ten years, it provides enormous peace of mind against any unforeseen issues… keeping the unit running smoothly time after time.

Is it easy to get into my garden?

Yes, there’s always a way! We deliver our hot tubs on their side so most of our tubs need a metre wide access to get them in but one of our team will be happy to do a no obligation site survey to advise on this further. If special equipment is needed we can recommend and liaise with local companies.

What electrics does a hot tub need?

Most of our hot tubs need a 40amp supply and you’ll need to get a qualified electrician to carry out the works in your garden before we can deliver the hot tub. When you order we can advise you further.

What base does it need?

Any strong, level base. The bottom of our hot tubs are completely flat and with the weight of the water they need a strong concrete, patio or deck base.

How much do they cost to run?

Less than you think! Most of our hot tubs are fully foam insulated, with one of the best insulated lids in the industry to help keep the running costs to a minimum.

Do they require plumbing?

All of our hot tubs can be filled with a garden hose and have an empty point to let the water out when you need to change the water, the frequency of water change will be dependent on your own personal usage.

How long does it take from ordering?

We keep a large amount of stock in our warehouse, so the delivery time is usually 2-4 weeks. Although if you have a special occasion upcoming, we can work with you to move the process along slightly quicker and get it delivered earlier.
